Aww hell. Garden State supporters of LGBT conversion therapy, better known as "ex-gay therapy" may have their day in court. Plaintiffs have filed a petition for review in the Supreme Court after the Third Circuit Court of Appeals upheld the state's ban from any constitutional attack.
The Supreme Court was asked to hear a challenge to a similar law in California earlier this year, but declined to review after the Ninth Court of Appeals upheld that state's ban.
